Limoo Child Safety Standards

Neshatco AI Development Labs ("Neshatco", "we", "us", or "our") operates Limoo, an AI media creation application. Because Limoo can generate realistic images, voices, and videos, we maintain strict child safety standards. This document describes our policies and practices for protecting children and complying with applicable child safety laws and app store requirements.

1. Age Requirements

Limoo is not directed at children. The app is intended for adults and is rated 17+ on the Apple App Store and aligned with mature content ratings on Google Play.

You may not use Limoo if you are under the minimum age required to consent to our Terms of Service in your jurisdiction, or if your use would violate applicable child-safety or age-verification laws.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If we learn that a child has provided personal information in violation of these standards, we will take steps to delete the account and associated data where required.

2. Zero Tolerance for Child Exploitation

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized depictions of minors, grooming, child exploitation, or any sexual content involving a person who is or appears to be under 18.

You must not use Limoo to create, upload, request, generate, publish, share, or facilitate:

• Child sexual abuse material or any sexual content involving minors.
• Sexualized minors, grooming behavior, or child exploitation.
• Realistic or synthetic media depicting minors in sexual, abusive, or exploitative contexts.
• Content that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits children in any way.

Violations may result in immediate account termination, preservation of evidence, and reporting to law enforcement, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), or other relevant authorities and safety organizations as required or appropriate.

3. Minors' Likeness and Voice

You must not use Limoo to create, edit, or share content involving a minor's face, body, voice, name, image, likeness, or other identifying attributes without explicit, informed, and legally valid consent from the minor's parent or legal guardian for the specific use, unless another clear lawful basis applies.

We may remove content and restrict accounts when we believe a minor's likeness or voice has been used without appropriate consent or in violation of law.

4. Moderation and Safety Controls

We use a combination of automated classifiers, policy enforcement, and human review to detect and respond to child safety violations. Safety controls may include:

• Automated content-safety analysis on uploads, prompts, and generated outputs.
• Blocking or refusing generation that violates our policies.
• Removing or restricting content and community posts.
• Suspending or terminating accounts involved in serious violations.
• Applying rate limits, watermarks, metadata, or other provenance signals where appropriate.

We are not obligated to monitor all content, but we take child safety seriously and act on reports and signals we receive.

5. Reporting

If you believe content on Limoo violates these Child Safety Standards or involves child exploitation:

• Report it in the app where the reporting feature is available; or
• Contact us immediately at legal@neshatco.com or support@neshatco.com.

Include the content, your contact information, and any details that will help us investigate. For urgent child safety matters, we prioritize review and may preserve evidence for law enforcement.

6. Cooperation with Authorities

We cooperate with law enforcement and recognized child safety organizations when required by law or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect children or the public. We may preserve and disclose account and content information in response to valid legal process or credible reports of illegal activity.

7. Parent and Guardian Guidance

Limoo is not designed for use by children. Parents and guardians should supervise device use and ensure minors do not access Limoo without meeting age requirements. If you believe a minor has accessed Limoo in violation of these standards, contact privacy@neshatco.com.

8. Updates

We may update these Child Safety Standards as our practices, laws, or store requirements change. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
